I am not a great believer in scales. Perhaps I should be, but I'm not. I think Aldrine at Ukulele Underground is your best starting point.

I love your instructional vids! I don't really play along with them (I always was a bad student), but I really enjoy watching them, and I might steel a lick or two further up the road... Great tone as usual, the best I've heard.
