  • how many fps?

  • @rafaelrdzc If you read the comments above, you will see the answer. 300fps.

  • dude that is so dope! way better than my tricking haha

  • @ma its a spring floor

  • @calvinrocks1432 Hi, it isn't a spring floor, its several thick foam layers

  • @yyyzzzz its several thick layers of foam in a large thick piece of plywood ontop of spring...its called a spring floor

  • I have my dudes.

  • good technique, fix your landing.

  • well done, i need to learn how to do thayt, and im a master ofbackflips yet i have never learned how to do that.

  • skip to :24 to watch the backflip

  • sweet, but don't bring your hands down to your knees, you will lose momentum that way.

  • So slowly but backflip is nice.

  • press 7 many times and you hear... nothing?

  • NICE

  • how do you manage to keep looking forward when you know you're about to rotate backwards?

  • @NoNameWorks420

Hahaha, if you don't you land on your back... :D

  • @NoNameWorks420

when u grab ur knees hard and push them towards ur chest, u will automatically rotate. thats why u dont need to look back coz u will break ur neck.

  • @NoNameWorks420

when u grab ur knees and pull them hard towards ur chest, u will automatically rotate, thats why u dont need to look back, coz u will end up breaking ur neck! hope this helps

  • I did a backflip off a block today :D

  • press 4 to start

  • Hehe, nice man. I do gymnastics just for fun and that's probably the only acrobatic thing I can do. :)

  • coool.

  • yeah, nice

  • ya i would of died

  • I guess this is a proper way to do it, as he is a gymnast. I try to improve my backflip, which I can only do on a trampoline and into water. The thing is that when I start to pull legs to my chest I already see the "trampoline" where I land. You seem too "throw" your upper body more up and make the whole loop with your legs. What I do is that half of "loop" is done by upper body a half by legs... If anyone could tell me what is wrong on my style? Should I rather work on this style? Thanks...

  • @JACKASSgosu Same with me too. I try to land it, but when I do I lean foward and I cant land right.

  • @JACKASSgosu What you are doing is whipping. it's easy to teach yourself bad habits on a trampoline. Do not through your head back, You need to jump straight up. Stare at something slightly higher then eye level and don't stop looking at it until your knees get in the way.

  • clean as man

  • lol in 0 G'a you can do that 100000000000000 times with out jumping

  • its tumbling floor

  • do you have to pull back on your legs or just bring ur legs up towards your chest as hard as u can?

  • do you have to pull back on your legs or just bring ur legs up towards your chest as hard as u can?

  • do you have to pull back on your legs or just bring ur legs up towards your chest as fast and hard as u can?

  • Really good back tuck:)

    & your cute(:

  • very helpful ty!

  • waaaiittt a sec... hes not black

  • perfect

  • 0:25 Start backflip :P

  • that slow motion backflip looks soo coooool!

  • With the way you set, I thought you were going for a back full.... Slightly disappointed.

  • like this comment if you think this was a perfect backflip!!

  • have this floor trampoline ?

  • @machaca111 no, just several thick layers of a rubbery foam stuff, hard to walk on, its so bouncy.

  • @yyyzzzz I want to have gym like that here :(

  • wow that was like perfect! i cant set UP right :( i just got back! ):

  • 0:07 "OMG I HAVE A HAND! "

  • well done this will help alot of people understand how easy the flip is

  • @XamaruSharp lol

  • this is better then tutorial

  • i love you jack!!! hahaha :D <3

  • low.

  • people who dislike this are just jealous

  • NlcE!!!!

  • PRESS 5!

  • How much fps do You have dude ?

  • @Pectus09 this was at 300fps, the camera also does 600 and 1200, but at reduced format height.

  • @yyyzzzz nice ;)

  • very nice back flip !!!!

  • Awesome !!!

  • I have the Casio ex fh25 can you give me a few tips how I solve the problems with the right light while filming with 500 or more fps?

I want to use the recordings for training analysis (bow shooting and fighting sport).

  • @moxigen,Hi, I don't know much about the fh25, but I see it does 120,240,420, and 1000fps, I assume it does full frame at 240, and reduced height at higher speeds? regarding lighting, avoid mercury and similar lighting, causes flickering images.daylight no problems, very easy to use, don't need a tripod, etc, just experiment. good luck, I get great results from my EX-F1.

  • @yyyzzzz OK then i will wait for better weather.Thx.

  • @moxigen u could do this at 30 fps.... with the rite software and no how :)

  • i was right till 0:48 and then ..........my ass hurts when i remember that day!

  • i can do it on a matress on da floor... Im going to the beach soon. Should i try it there??

  • Nice, Maybe I will learn how to do a backflip myself! Awesome video!

  • crazii soo sick man

i never imagined backflip like this

    excellent

    i might make one

  • is practicing on trampoline the same?

  • @kaydagang108 --no idea, I'm just a photographer, not a gymnast.

  • @kaydagang108 No not at all i am in Team sik check out our vids. krayz666

  • @kaydagang108 no, trampoline gives bad form for backflips done on the ground. i suggest a foam pit helps... people use trampoline to learn new twst.

  • @kaydagang108 no its not. the trampoline still gives u the extra height even from standing. u could try doing one off the side of the trampoline tho

  • @kaydagang108 practicing on a tramboline can help you get your form but not so much on the explosive power part. i practiced on a mat for ...10 min and i got it down. you can do it :D

  • Nvrmind i did it on a crash mat with a good roundoff and landed alot of them :)

  • Nvrmine i did it on a crash mat with a good roundoff and landed alot of them :)

  • Should i try it on the wrestling mat?? lol

  • @Jona10washere Make sure it's well padded, or spongy. Needs something more springy than a wrestling pad, surely?

  • How many fps's is this?

  • @RawJump the camera takes at 300 fps, and playback is at 30, so slowed down by a factor of 10.

  • @yyyzzzz

It makes it look so cool with a fps like that! :D good job

  • @yyyzzzz how long did it take to learn that back flip

  • @superhuman295 Not long with a good teacher, and a bit of confidence.

  • very nice video for lerning this move, thanks!

  • is the video slowing down or my mimd is

  • @llanto209 Don't quite know what you mean, however, I have noticed that the compression needed for a You-Tube download, seems to make my smooth original video, a bit jerky at times.

  • i can't take my legs up !!!

    What can i do???

  • @JayMadful if you dont have enough power you could train your abdominal muscles or you just jump straight up and then tuck....then you shpuld get used to it...try the backflip first when you get a good height at this

  • I Can Do it better on grass :D and i havent never been on a gym :D

  • @linkinfreerun Good for you too, to see this chap doing it on grass also, see my other videos, it's included somewhere, doing it over grass, at a local rodeo.

  • "yyyzzzz", it has springs underneath, not concrete. i would kno, i take tumbling and i cheer

  • @TheReHABB I saw the building being built, it is a solid concrete floor, the sponge padding is very thick.

  • easy to do it on the mat

  • @vpuff38 Maybe you are right, but watch "gymnastics at public rodeo" of mine, and see him do same on bare grass.

  • i doubt you can do it

  • that was really helpful, thanks!

  • amazing! great job!

  • wow

  • dude for a second when he wuz straight in mid air. his body wasnt bent and i thought he wuzsnt gunna land it! nice vidd!

  • lol 0:29

  • watch the flor

    when he lands

  • It's a spring floor, so it bounces a little bit.

  • Its a solid concrete floor, with a VERY thick layer of foam on it, its very bouncy.

  • this is a back tuck

  • yes and its also a backflip... any movement involving a full rotation backwards in mid air is a backflip... its a back tuck because it has a tuck in it to help with rotation

  • pretty nice!!!

i'm trying to do that !!!

i will learn it from your video!!! =)

    thanks!!! hehe

  • i cant do it im too scared when i get to do it

  • Just have faith in yourself, and practice over good soft landing pads.

  • i cant get over my fear ive tried it on trampoline i can do it fine but then i get off the trampoline and i cant do it i keep thinking im gonna do i but i dont!

  • how much is that camera?

  • about $1500 in New Zealand, a cheaper version is also available, called the FH240 or similar.which does nearly the same things.

  • Shot Jack, nice form brother. Tighten up that tuck. Nah pretty good

  • @Uy1111 , thanks, do i know you lol??? i am jack by the way, doing this back flip

  • cool

  • amazing :)

  • i wanna know...what amazing camera is this?

  • Casio EX F1, a 6 Mp point and shoot, x12 zoom,

does all sorts of special effects, great video in HD, and at 30,300,600, and 1200fps, (with restrictions on size at 600 and 1200, but still can get some great effects, have a look at the other casio EX you tube clips others have put on.Its also a damned good still camera of course!!

  • AWESOME! wish i could do dat :/

  • it took me 40 minutes at a gym with just non stop practice

i started with a friend guiding me, then it just came to me.....just practice!

  • nice, how long does it take for someone to master that?

  • not long with a good teacher!
