Yep they are real. The maiko in blue on the right side, is Fukuaya. She is a Geiko as well. And the other maiko next to Toshihana is Toshisuzu. All of them are from Miyagawacho.

I was wrong about the Maiko next to Toshihana. Her name is actually Toshiaya! ^^
