heres a trick to figuring out Dave's samples: Import the file into a program like audacity (this is great because its free and has an effect to remove the vocals), then reduce the tempo by 50%. you'll be able to hear the guitar part that is recorded into the DL4.
DL-4 tutorial! I got this song all tabbed out in my head, but I've no idea how to get the loops sounding like in the recording. I know for a fact that at the end (about 0:40) it's just the bridge sped up (maybe an octave higher as well?). The looping intro though, no clue how to do it. Man, I need to get myself a DL-4.

That ending bit is just the same thing that Dave plays on the bridge, just prerecorded at half tempo and then doubled right?
