If you're up for it and confident in your skills, give it a whirl....for beginner's or intermediate's, I think this is better left for a gunsmith. If you already own every tool listed, chances are you'll be able to do it no problem!! Personally, outside a punch set, mult-function wrench, and cleaning supplies, I don't have any of that other stuff!

Have a qualified Gun Smith do this guys. By the time you buy all this stuff you will be out a lot of cash & not to mention its dangerous as hell.

Maybe lube barrel surface with vaseline or gun oil?

the bolt carrier key its different, from the time it was removed until it was assembled.

@Krizsl3 To align the gas port with the gas block and to keep the front sight from being canted.

@Krizsl3 Required alignment between piston and upper receiver hole for traveling of piston rod. It (piston rod) should be freely move without binding.
