When covering officer reached in to get it, Cassidy grabbed the wpn, opened the door & attempted to exit. 1st shot was in his right cheek; it didn't stop him. Officers found the hammer cocked on the .357. I have small trouble @01:20 abt the order to get the gun, w/o saying WHO. Common sense tho; he meant the cop.
