I think its real based on a tiny but important detail (unless done intentionally). There is a barely audible whisper I presume from the photographer or a woman nearby saying "oh my god". Its so hard to hear that it would seem spontaneous, as opposed to a fake, where "OMG" would be easily heard to add drama. Fake or real, awesome video!

Opinion: tiger: real, kid: CG. As tiger walks, foliage shadows move across tiger's highlight, but not kid's. Tiger walks into a darker ambient area during clip while kid's ambient remains constant. Kid's focus too crisp relative to tiger. Kid's hand not gripping fur, yet 'locked' to tiger's left front shoulder. Wrist twists oddly. Tiger's side shows little ambient light while kid too hot.
