If passed, it would prohibit people from posting anything that's copyrighted no matter what, like this song for example. Luckily so many people protested that voting on the bill has been postponed. It was meant to target pirating sites like the piratebay but its so vaguely worded that it could apply to most anything, thus a threat to amv makers and fan artists on youtube.
