  • Fuck the avs go wings!

  • I remembered Crying after Game 7 Because we were close and we lost to Dallas Again in the WCF. I thought The Avs will never make it past the Conf. Finals. But then we won the Cup the Next Year. I was 10 at the time and it was the day My Grandpa Died and hoped the Avs will pull it off. I respect the Stars Now and will sometimes root for them. Fuck the Wings.

  • was never a fan of Dalles hockey..glad they didnt win in 2000...then got swept in the second round the next year.....thankfully the NHL changed the rules enough not to let teams like the 1997-2000 Stars ever win again.....

  • @MrWestcoast45 what rules lol the team got old players left and we had a shitty owner who was more interested in counting money then getting new players, and if ur referring to the brett hull goal every offical in the NHL including anyone who knows how to read the rules knows it was a good goal. stop bitching and get over it.

  • @Thekingcmk fuck u

  • @BBBfights Thanx for showing your maturity to all of us.

  • @Thekingcmk No problem, my pleasure mam.

  • @MrWestcoast45 jesus christ. what a massive pussy you are.

  • @MrWestcoast45 You jealous bro? You mad bro?

  • 40 second goal horns ftw.

  • 0:46 wow great save by patrick roy, he looked so much like belfour on that save

  • @1darius85 You mean great save by Belfour, right. The announcer misidentifies him in the video. Roy had been pulled at this point.

  • I'm from Massachusetts, so I was rooting for Ray Bourque in this Series. I remember I was in sixth grade when I watched it on TV late on that summer night. What a thrilling game!!!!

  • I'll always hate the Dallas Stars because they stole 2 Stanley Cups from the Avalanche in 99 and 00.....and what a shit boring team to watch clutching and grabbing and mugging their way to the top.

  • @mrhockeyluke Whaaaa! It's not called stealing when you win!

  • @aqinthe I call it stealing when Dallas and NJ almost ruined hockey with their neutral zone traps, and clutching, grabbing, and mugging of skill players....let's be honest Sakic and Forsberg were wayyyy better than Modano and Nieuwendyk

  • @mrhockeyluke But Dallas also had Hull and don't forget Langenbrunner also scored some big goals. Sakic and Forsberg were better but hockey was a team game.

Believe me I am not a fan of the trap but all teams clutched and grabbed and mugged skill players back then. The defensive style that Dallas played back then wasn't my favorite either. But Dallas won both of those series fair and square,

  • @mrhockeyluke Also even though Dallas was a defensive team back then. If you remember the 99 series was fairly high scoring. I think Dallas scored 3 or 4 goals in each of the 4 games they won.

  • @mrhockeyluke Dallas had plenty of scoring as well, hater. Also, your goaltender was a scumbag and you had boneheads like Hinote on your team. People like you are why no one respects Colorado any longer.

  • @ObscureRenegade

haha whatever. colorado was one of the best freaking teams on the planet for years and they will be respected many more years because of that. just because Roy was a dick doesn't mean anything. every team has their idiots. i bet you give sean avery rim jobs. or sum sheett

  • @mantheguns07 One of the best teams that never beat us when it counted, anyway. :) And actually, I'd like to see Sean Avery get hit by a bus. There are guys in the ECHL with more talent than him that never got the opportunity.

  • This was when Bob Cole was easily the best hockey commentator in the world.

  • @odonnelljosh was he the one in this video who misidentifies Ed Belfour as Patrick Roy?

  • @dolphinsneu if you mean around the 50 second mark, no that was Harry Neale. Cole didn't start mis-identifying players until after the lockout, now he does it all the time.

  • Man, I must of damn near had numerous heart attacks towards the end of this game, especially on the one that hit the goal post.

  • Between 1999-2000 Eddie The Eagle was the best goaltender in hockey. He single handily won this series in 2000.

  • GO STARS!!!!
