@tammylo1229 it's not unsafe. the baby is securely in the wrap, in a cross legged deep-seated position and not curled in an unsafe "C".
@Mausbrot there's nothing improper about that wrap, and as TheAZAmy said it is only bad for the spine used in a dangling hip position for long periods of time.
To carry a baby facing out will harm its Spinal Cord. If it wants to see more, a properly wrap is needed and it can be carried on the back or hipwise.
