@Rholly82 I don't how I'm weak. You are the lost if you think the white man is worried about us. We are doing a fine job of killing each other so they don't need a genocide plan.
Besides, right now, America is turning into a land where you are either rich or poor. White men don't like that and there are more poor ones than there are rich ones. This country could really be heading toward a revolution in the coming years and it won't be Black vs. White.
I think i can see where the guys talking about "the gauge" were coming from. Basically this is what can excite a people that feel powerless and victimized in this country...reminds me of the movie "The Spook Who Sat By The Door"
I do agree with ur sentiment that if we collectively had the will to achieve despite all odds, the state of Black America would look drastically different than it does now. I liked the speech, its almost like he was giving a *heads up* to pursue the higher ed...
I don't see where I used you're improperly. However, that just goes to show how petty you are. You are looking for something as small as that to attack my intelligence and education. You sound like a petty little man trying to convince himself he is important. Good luck with that.
I know exactly what regulation means. You just can't see it because you are what I deem as an educated fool. You are smart but no where nearly as smart as you think you are. You're intent on making what I thought was a positive point into something negative. I don't know what your agenda really is. Maybe you just can't stand being wrong.
Whatever the deal is I'll just leave it as is. With me standing on my own two feet and you still trying to make a point to yourself.
So now we gotta WAIT for regulation. We gotta WAIT for education about grants. What we gotta WAIT for when and if any of those ever come through.
If you are in a sinking boat and don't know how to swim are you going to wait for someone to come teach you. If I were you I would try to teach myself how to tread water real fast. However, YOU just might drown waiting for a teacher to come along.
Waiting for the white man to ride in on his white horse to save us is a strategy that is as old as dirt... and still look where we are. That is the status quo buddy.
According to you the gov't money is not going to end up with us anyway so what's the point? When the money doesn't land in the Black community what do we do? Stand around in diapers and cry about it. Now we have an excuse to fail, right. That is the status quo.
You're wrong. Things don't start with resources. You can have all the resources in the world but if you misuse or abuse those resources they mean NOTHING. It all starts with the WILL to do something. You know the old saying, "Where there's a will... There's a way." Sounds corny but it is true.
I respect what you are saying so I guess we just disagree on the methodology. I am not an authority or a guru so I am really stating my opinion. I respect yours and I hope you respect mine. Peace.
The point of the video was that we are beating ourselves down. More resources would be cool but we don't really need it to get our act together. Again, Obama, talked about excuses in his speech and he was right.
We don't need money to get our s*** together. We don't need to get married under Christianity to raise our children properly. All we need is the WILL to actually do things the right way. We could get a ton of things without anyone passing any bills or giving us one red cent.
Public schools are paid for with taxes and the "hood" gets the short end of the stick because of that. Mom and dad can help compensate for that lack of resources by helping the children with their homework and getting into in the PTA. Obama said that much in his speech. Problem is, mom is working and dad is no where to be found.
Would you prefer we beg the white man for money we know he doesn't want to give us?
Out of wedlock is not an issue if there is still a sense of family. Hispanics have children out of wedlock but the man and woman will call each other husband and wife even though they are not officially married. We (AA men) have out of wedlock children and, sometimes, look after the children, and most of the time leave the women to fend for themselves. That is a definite problem.
Let's not play semantics. You know what I am talking about.
I understand the why of it and you did a very good job of explaining it in response video.
I just think that between taking on prison values and having out of wedlock children we are condemning ourselves to being third class citizens in America. I don't think Obama could solve this problem even if he spent 8 years in Harlem focusing solely on it.
Actually, I may have misjudged your video but very early in the video you made some kind of sexual reference that sounded real vulgar to me. I may have tuned out to your real message behind just that one comment. There's a time to be crude and a time to be classy. It just seems to me you got super crude just for the sake of being crude. I guess that's just how you get down though.
Yeah, it was vulgar. It is what it is. I make no excuses. I do my videos the way I want to do them. I don't go by times and when to be what, No time for that. But to each his or her own.
Nigga why u so weak? The white man is finishing up his genocide plan#lets unite to give his ass one last blow!

We need to get out of that weak BS stance.

I have a feeling you are doing what I call "Beefin for rap." You mean you don't think all this baby-mama baby-daddy nonsense is a problem?
Black people need someone to pass a law or allocate extra resources for us to raise our children in a family structure... Is that your point?
We don't need either to get the family issue right. You need to get real.

Sorry you feel this way. This may relate more to your individual experience, rather than a full cultural experience. That is my take on it.
