Phew, as bad as people say America is now, this is exactly what we would be experiencing if McCain/Palin were voted in, except you would replace the parts of the Commandments with pieces of the Constitution. Then again, you get to see this with the Tea Party "movement" all the time.

What of it? The so called "Commandments" is only another fake mirage created by the lying rotten union that is Christianity. All Religion no matter what they teach is always full of lies, in the end, all of the world's conflicts is started by religion. "god"? Nothing more than a puppet created by mankind so they have a sort of hope to look up to in desperate times. "god" and religion is an excuse for weakness, for not being able to cope with the problems of this world.

Look at the facts, majority of all the world's conflict and wars is started by religion. World War 2 and Hitler's animosity towards the Jews, the current war we have that is still being fought today against terrorists who claims it is in the name of islam. These are just the most obvious examples, there are many other conflicts that are unknown to the media. The world is better off if religion is eliminated from human society. religion is an old ancient rotting heap of trash.

All hail Shinsei Buritania Teikoku, translated as "the HOLY Britannian Empire" whose 98th Emperor (Charles is 98th right?) refers to the COMMANDMENTS, which are found in the BIBLE, as lies.
I know he turns out to be a "good" guy (communist 4 wanting a stagnant world), but what's up with going against the commandments if they're the HOLY Britannian Empire? And I'm definitely sure they're Christian because Lelouch compared to the "Messiah" performing "miracles" to "prove" (?) himself or something.

The writers were very careful to make it so that Britannia was not a "Christian Empire." Charles makes that clear when he flat out denies the 10 commandments as "deceptions."

Well just because it is named "Holy Empire" doesn't mean it's a Christian Empire. For example, the Holy Roman empire was "neither Holy nor Roman nor an Empire". Some countries have names that are the exact opposite of the regime, for example North Korea call themselves the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea" when in fact it is a dictatorship. It's just part of 1984's Doublethink principle.

In his speech he denounces justice, morals and the Ten Commandments(thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness, thou shall not commit adultery, etc.) and praises natural selection.
