@Kennethstupi I just made 4 strips of 12 ..Led and resistors and 12v power supply and a tip32c for them to flash to muisc ..cheaper and eazy to make if you know what your doing
@gazkwak Digikey is in the USA and has the LED's your looking for and alot more and delivery was awsome with them got mine in 12 hours to Canada also Radio shack Btw i have a frosted glass desk and and the blue Leds lights it up You should be looking at under 100 eazy.. Look on youtube under this How To wire LED's and google Led how to's websites
Nice setup, I really like the frosted desks. I'm actually buying a black glass desk that I'm planning on lighting up.
I'm thinking I'll try radio shack. I looked at digikey but the site navigation is very confusing.
I'm not looking to solder or do anything complicated. I'd like to buy a couple items and simply "plug and play" them under the desk. That's why looking at a 5m 60$ blue strip and a 30$ transformer is looking expensive.
@gazkwak my whole set up was 25 bucks maybe 30 with the soldering iron the tip32c is under $1 the plug in was 3.99 12 volt and the ready made led strip with 2 way tape was 16 or 18 buck for 33 blue leds and a promise to help the guy at the shop that sells them to get his computer running better ..which i did ..btw in the line of leds every 4th light you can cut and the 4 will still work say you want only 16 out for 32 you bought.. you cut at the end of the 16th and those 16 still work ..
how do u make them??

@freakyflow I'm looking to set up blue LED lights under my compute desk.
Looks like buying a long LED strip and transformer for wall outlet will cost ~100 bucks.
Any tips? What'd you do?
