Do you know a type of wacthes where the purpose of the bezel rotation is to adjust to the respective time zone? (without manually moving forward/backward the hour and minute hands)

You can turn the bezel so that the triangle marker lines up with the minute hand for diving. This bezel then can be used for a diving timer.

Hi, I have a question: why is that rotation bezel (ring)? Is that for adjusting time when you are in different time zones? See the picture - can you tellme whether numbers 21, 22, 23 ect are rotating together with the rotating ring, or they stay still? watchalyzer. com/fortis-watches/space/forti­s-b-42-black-black/
