I am also trying to make a set of blades for my HBFP on my CNC. But since i am new to 3D milling , i´m having a little dificult to design and mill the angle of attack.
These are semi-symmetrical, reflexed blades. they give a lot of lift. Play with lofting in the 3D CAD software and you'll get it working in the end. there are probably video tutorials for your CAD software on Youtube.
