@seduktiv001 ice in this temp is around 20F, its not that cold. but to get the phone in there would take some water damage to freeze it in there, it has to be a display model only. Not a real phone.

@vonchirole Windows phone doesn't need dual core. Any windows phone is lag free, whereas android does need dual core to run properly and it's still slower than windows phone in day to day operatiotions. Windows phone will get dual core next year but it's not strictly necessary.

Not to mention, Android UI's thread does not a high priority and have the same priority level with running applications. Samsung Galaxy SII (dual core CPU) doesnt need to have dual core to run Android, it has dual core because it can! You can find same android version even at low clock CPU like Samsung Galaxy Y, which have only 800Mhz.

Now lets take look at WP7 mango: Every single WP7 phone need to have at least 1Ghz CPU to run WP7 (Lumia 800, Lumia 710, HTC Radar, HTC Titan, Samsung Focus) etc.
