Words cannot describe how amazing this show was. I can't believe I put it off for so long to watch it. I started it about three weeks ago and finished it two days ago. I'm still in the zone. It transcends any sci fi show with it's ability to capture human emotion and reason. I wish I could get my step dad to watch it but he refuses based on the fact that he grew up watching the original and is enraged at Starbuck being a female. His loss!

Just finished marathoning BSG on Netflix, WoW!!!, what an absolutley amazing show.

This was a great video, very fitting. I don't think a television series has ever made me so emotional before. Just amazing all over.

OMG this vid made me cry at how sad i remember the first season being....having watched all the ep's in all the seasons....yes im devoted to BSG....i got really attacted to some of the characters...i laughed, i cried and now im sad theres no more BSG....but at least we have the spin-off

I was also impressed that the penultimate scene, precisely those "So say we all", was filmed as FIRST: For the first time, ALL actors in their roles and costumes, and the text should only ever once contained this sentence: One of Eloscha once by Bill. But the WHOLE speech Adamas, starting with his repeated "SO SAY WE ALL" was improvised by Eddie, so are the Faces, surprised all present REAL and not played.

"BSG" and "Babylon 5" are, IMO, the best dramatic SF-Series ever.

I met Eddie Olmos and Michael Hogan this Year on the Fed-Con, an when 6000 People yell "SO SAY WE ALL", again and again, WITH Eddie on the stage, get´s a Moment, i`ll NEVER forget.

Eddie and Michael where very Gentle, full of Humor (when Michael came on the Stage at the Opening Ceremony, the SMILES of his entire Face, and is was shocked ;-) . When i tell Michael about this in the Autograph-Session he tells me, he prefer the Flashbacks in the Series, then only there he has the possibility to smile, and he is a VERY humorous Guy.

Michael Hogan plays a gruff character as Col. Tigh, but sounds funny. Those kinds of actors often are.

Edward James Olmos as Adama is a character that makes Kirk & Picard look like " Little girlie - Men ". Don't screw with " Husker ". You did know that Edward J.O. had a role in " Blade Runner ", right ? He was a little dapperly dressed dude called " Gaff " who had connections with the L.A. police & underground.

I have compared this series to the OTHER great Sci Fi series Babylon 5. I stand by my comparison. The 2 series had story arcs, continuity, & were / are FANTASTIC science - fiction shows.

Everything else is just a Star Trek/ Star Wars riff.

That's my story & I'm sticking with it......
