Ummm...never watched pups play together, have you. This is exactly how they learn bite CONTROL, or how to not hurt playmates. They are not playing rough, nor is the boy 'encouraging aggressive behavior.' A dog is not a butterfly or a stuffed toy that sits there. ALL canines interact and play using head and mouth, paws. Deny them what is wholly a part of being a dog, and you'll end up with a neurotic, untrustworthy bag of nerves.

The Shiba Inu is a very vocal dog. If it's screaming and vocal, it doesn't mean he's struggling.

The common mistake people make when having a dog is treat them like humans. Sure humans may not enjoy that kind of treatment, but it's a way for puppies to play and have that interaction moment with their owner. If the puppy wouldn't like it, he would either force his way out of his arms by pushing backward or run away.

This is clearly a happy dog. Dogs treaten like humans ends up very unhappy.
