  • it's always astonishing that in the very good recordings of this wonderful piece of music the oboes really manage to play "staccato", as indicated, without leaving the flute alone for a second. What a beautiful voice, too! Great.

  • thank you for uploading. I was looking for this. but the soprano is not Sibylla Rubens. she is Barbara Schlick. this is the previous recording of Herreweghe.

    and purest music ever : )
