i saw this fish at walmart they are huge and i wanted to try it until i found out its catfish...:-(...it's an unclean fish so i cant eat it

this is really good fish...i made mine with a more fresh ginger & green onion & steamed carrots & asparagus along with it..turned out amazing :)

the flavor of the swai kind of threw me off a bit, its not bad tasting at all. its very delicate and the taste is a little different from what im use to

@flazz684 that sounds like a great idea. just be careful because it is a really delicate fish so it may break apart on you if you are too rough. make sure it's a liter batter instead of a heavier one :-)
