@Hardcoreawesomeness5 Well I am not Piggiepigpigs ,but I can answer all of those questions.

1.You can buy them at Kmart,Costco and any where that sells home storage.

2. If you make them really big to fit a rabbit ,but if you get C&C grids that are I would say 2feet.

3.It is pretty easy. You just get abag and put all of the bedding in and it a mini sweeper and pan to sweep it all up!

4.C&C cages are so much for fun for a piggie/rabbit.

But if you don't want to build then store bought is good.

@piggielove112 If you watch one of my new videos i have used the grids as a base for my new cage! It has now raised it up a level so it is easier to clean out. Before it was a bit of a pain kneeling on the floor and bending down to clean it.

@1997flowerpower I know you can but them but personally I wouldn't. I know mine would go crazy if I tried to do it. It's not very natural for them so personally I wouldn't recommend it.

@gaz8015 I have used C&C cubes to make the base and just put lino on the top. If you look at my C&C Cage Kitchen video it's very similar how I build it.

@reillyjade Yeh I poop-a-scoop daily, compost the poops and hay. When its cleaning out time I shake the fleeces down and put them in the washing machine. They come out like new!

My guinea pig is sort of fat and I don't have lots of space to make a huge cage for her to run around in. I just want her to have fun. It would also be fun to learn some safe games to play with her. I do have a dog but she is a dachshund and can't reach Allsorts, the guinea pig. The cage would have to go on a table that means. Nelly, the dog, is contained by baby gate (they are very sturdy) but some times she can escape if we don't close the gates correctly. Please Help!!!!!

@maestro406 Can you keep your guinea pig in a room where the dog is not allowed? you could always put grids on the cage as a roof to keep the dog out. If your pig is fat (most are!) try hanging veggies from the top of the cage. It will keep her occupied and also act as a mini workout for when she has to reach for them! Have you seen my video with the veggie kebab?

I need help!! please, my guinea pig Daisi is in scary condition we just changed their cage for the first time in her life. now she seems depressed.she walks around with her head all twisted upward. she sits all hunched in a corner, her eyes are droopy, and she lays down a lot. she twiches and jerks her stomach. it is scary what can we do she won't even eat carrots anymore!! :(

@4ArabiansHaflingers I would recommend you take your piggie to the vet ASAP. If you sense something is wrong it is best to get him/her checked out by a professional. I doubt a guinea would be depressed with a new cage - especially if it is bigger. Have you put any of the original furniture in the new cage so there is something familiar? Let me know how you get on.
