i love body movement and since you study you should look at the foot work in kabuki and integrate it personal i think their movements are very beautiful and functional you must be better now if this was 10 years ago, never stop learning i wish you well.
This was the first time I performed this and it was over 10 years ago! Sometimes you have to video yourself to see where you are going wrong I taught myself from Petite Jamilla's first video and then was able to attend workshops with her .
My spins arnt great as I have suffered with vertigo in the past and learning, pushing myself to spin has really helped, as has bellydance.

i think that for someone who teaches belly dancing, she spins quite slowly, with her feet fully on the floor and she's not even smiling
