Kanye is a great artist, he has a lot of talent.. its not easy to sample songs and make good beats from them.. Otis Redding is a legend and his music will live forever.. hip hop is just making sure people don't forget about the legends.. keeping soul music alive in a different form.
I know this is probably the same as everyone...but the song fits so well...fell in love with a girl 6 years ago when I met her in America...didn't have to balls to tell her until it was too late, ...travelled half way across the world to tell her to her face last year...she was engaged....too late :(
@WijKomenBij101Barz Well, you better tell her before she's gone and it's too late. Life ain't no dress rehearsal as they say...go get her...time is precious. (;
Fuck kanye and J z I'm young as hell and love Otis I didn't need no talentless piece of shit to show me what's good. Main stream music today is a travesty. But good for you all for coming around to the real stuff.
@AbsoluteClarity880 How are they talentless? They might not have as good a singing voice as the Otis but they have other talents in which Otis didnt have. Alot of music today is shit but too say Kanye & Jay Z are talentless is just plain dumb.
FUck kan-gay for using otis in his samples, pure disgrace, otis' music was straight from the heart, he went thru that pain, it shouldnt be fucked with, only acknowlegded and kanye for damn sure didnt do thatt
