I read some complaints about loud fan noise on this. There's a BIOS update out for it, and I heard that helps with that. I also read that adding some kind of a film on the touchpad helps for the stickyness. I'm probably buying this myself, I like the better resolution.

7400 rpm hard drive would not give you more performance like this video says but it would consume your battery at a faster speed. Get a 5400 rpm. The keyboard style and Battery led is a low quality replica from apple designs.

in general netbooks dont have much ram or a good graphics card there are gaming netbooks that you could look at but i wouldnt spend extra money for a netbook that could game when you could get a labtop that could game from at least 200 usd less probably so this netbook probably not
