Salt water desalination technology, within 10 yrs of R&D, will not be as expensive as Nuclear power unit start-up, per person receiving the product.

If the world can afford Nuclear power, even Iran, North Korea and Venezuela... then surely we can afford massive desalination projects world-wide for the masses.
