  • @sk8ter1412 probably the shittiest computer ive ever heard of what are you running on that shit w98?

  • what the fuck

  • my ears aaaaaa!

  • WTF IS THAT

  • MOTHAFUKKA you just blew my ear (headphones)

  • 520w psu is what i first noticed... then I said HOLY SHIT!!!

  • You may need to get a new pcu? Or maybe that motherboard doesn't support that graphics card...

  • Need a better psu the graphics card fan isn't spinning.

  • Jolt, your graphics card is not getting enough power, that's all.

  • yah lol, same thing happened to me on my build, scared me good

  • same happend to me when I forgot to plug the gpu power cable, lol!

  • its Coilwhistling

Its from The Graphiccard ... Only Nvidia Graphiccards has this Problem ....

  • rofl is that ur problem ??! i thinki its an motherboard error !

  • or get the radeon 4770 512mb dd5 ONLY 3 %Slower than the radeon 4850 512mb dd3.Btw im not using radeon my friend has the 4770 and i want it :(

  • fuck my ears

Glad you fixed it as well =)

  • either the graphics card or the ram

  • whats that thing in the reflection of the bios battery when the sound begins it moves !?

  • the graphics card

  • Graphic card;) From nvida i think

  • if i were you...i would get me a ATI Radeon HD4850 with zalman copper heatsink......

  • yea dude i saw that... wdf is that.

  • F-A-I-L!!

  • wow not good check the requirements of your gpu and get a new heatsink fan i advise you to lol

  • that mappened to me too... your card doesn't have supplementary power, plug in the 6 pin.

  • mappend?

  • yeah it mappens to the best of us

  • lol

  • lol

  • No No No,,Clear cmos, and check chasis intrusion jumper if it's got 1,dude speaking of the graphics card power needs glasses,

  • smarty. look at 0:34, when it shows the psu. only two pins for the pcie power connector are plugged in, and they happen to be the +2 part of the 6+2, and that 8800 requires the 6 part. :P

  • que coisa chata!!!!

  • Omg my ears

  • i know the exact problem..its making a terrible sound!!!

jk man sorry for being a smart ass idk much about comps:(

  • ahh that sound...lol good luck

  • ur missing ur 2 4 pin to 6 pin connector that plugs into ur graphics card... problem solved

  • its the gpu either its not in all the way or its power is not in

  • I dunno man i think he is getting enough power.

I have a 530w hiper PSU with a HD4870 1gb dual fan edtion and im running good :)

  • not enough power

  • It isn't getting enough power, i think...

  • My computer did that when the plug to my video card was not pushed in all the way worked fine when it was pushed all the way in.

  • tennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnt*end of video*

  • Ok main problem, asus boards are shit. lol. Everyone ive had have blown up in 2 days to 4 months. but make sure your video card is plugged in properly, looks outta place to me, and make sure all your connections are connected properly. GL

  • my computer makes the same noise when i surf on porn websites

  • @LtJulien its the pussy alrm

  • @LtJulien

mine does that when there's a hot bitch in the house

  • @LtJulien ahahahahahahahahahah lol

  • kk, the problem starts with the board. lol. and you don't have the video card pluged in properly. hook it up right and you should have no problem until that board gives out, thats about, a week to 6 months.

  • wtf..

  • The prolm is that you havent plugged the card into the psu properly, nvidia cards make the sound when theres no power from the psu coming

  • ur ram arent in dual chanel like the guy say below me

  • your motherboard looks like a spaceship and makes sounds of it when u press it, lol

  • the RAM isn't in dual channel.

  • I suppose it's that your ram didn't put in dual channel mode.try to put them in both yellow slots.I had the same problem too when i put 2 kingston hyperX 800MHZ into yellow and black.after changing slots everything is fine.I using a asus P5K-E

  • Putting dual-channel ram into the wrong slots will still allow the computer to boot, they just won't be running in dual channel mode. That shouldn't cause a beep code.

  • Bad card or pad PSU, gonna go with PSU, my 8800gts made that sound when i was bored and plugged it into a crappy emachines (me was nub then)

  • About the more wattage is better stereotype...

You can run a 8800GTS on a quality PSU without hords of peripherals running as low as 400 watts - what is crucial is having sufficient voltage on the +12 volt rails (remembering that more than 2 +12 volt rail's amperage ratings cannot be added - i.e. 20amps+20amps does not = 40, they equal somewhere around 30a-32a depending upon efficiency)

There are people running 8800GTX's on 375 watters that have beefy +12v rails. All about the rails.

  • yep. that means there aint enough power which means either its a brownout or the psu has gone bad.

  • shure u pluged inn all power cables for the MB?

    the 4-pin too?

  • use another psu

  • new GPU?? try changing PSU.. will most likely solve your problem

  • my ears !!!!!!!

  • lol du bist ein ideot weisst du das? das piepen kommt von der graifkkarte weil sie kein strom hat oh man ey hat nen gamer pc und hat keine ahung davon!

  • wtf did you do to that poor Motherboard :D .

lol.. hope u fixed it up

  • I think he was bridging the two connectors that would normally be hooked to the power button.

  • get a 800 watt p/s off ebay

i got one for about $100

  • Idiot

    520 is enough

take a multimeter and check if its working

ive got a 600 for a 8800 GTX (needs way more power)

  • swap the pawer cables in graphic card

  • Ok there are two possibility's it might be a bad stick of RAM from one of those two or it can be the card check all three

  • i had that same problem on tuesday when i put in my PNY 8800 GTS its not getting a connection from the powersupply and the motherboard is telling the powersupply thats somthings wrong and making that screethcing noise... i plugged in the power snuggly and it stopped making that sound

  • LOL.......as soon as i watched ur video i had my sound up and im like oh no what now i had just installed my 680i like two days ago and left the six pin unplugged and it made that sound so i thought my motherboard was screwed but after i plugged my 8800 gtx up i was fine =0)~

  • I had this same problem, your GPU isn't getting any power just like angel7slayer said, Your Graphics card could be faulty But I would change my POWER SUPPLY if I was you good Luck

  • I had this same problem, your GPU isn't getting any power just like angel7slayer said.I would change my POWER SUPPLY if I was you good Luck

  • it means ur gpu isnt getting power from that 6 pin.. try using a 8500 or something

  • Had that happen to my computer once it kept squealing it was something to do with my memory, but im not posotive just knowledge

  • I'd just like to say that I had this problem back in September 2007 and I totally forgot to post back since then, sorry guys. I have to say that, as many of you suspected, it was the graphics card not getting enough power from the PSU as I had only connected a partial part of the PSU cable. So all in all, I built my PC succesfully after I found this out. The screech of hell was coming from the gfx card, just a desperate call for more power...

  • MY EARS!

  • i think its your Memory, have you checked your POST Test beep codes. Comment me back on profile if you need any more help.

  • dude im not sure but i think 520w psu might be your problem

  • This is actual graphics card makes the sound meaning that it does not get power from PCI-EX power plug in some reason.

  • with 250W ?

    thats smal^^

  • It's actually 520. It just looks like 250 becuase it's upside down.

  • HOLY SCHIT MORE POWER. period

    ALex

  • HEY DUDE!!! I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!! I bought my graphics card and installed it and then it made that sound. It's cuz u need another power thing pluged in ur graphics card, not just from the motherboard.

  • Its satanic! D:

  • NEED MOAR POWAAA!!!!!

  • NOT ENOUGH POWA!

  • dude ur graphics card needs more power make syre that the power connecter is pluged in properly(dam my super loud headphones)

  • holy shit!

  • your GPU is not getting enough power!!! mine does the same thing when i put my computer to sleep.

  • WHOA! Loud beep!

  • burn that crap lol

  • what the shit?

  • RMA that motherboard!!

  • yeah seriously. it can happen.

  • maybe if u dont poke at it with a screw driver? ... i dno.. is the noise coming from the system speaker or one of the parts?

  • rofl

  • LawlZ

  • thanks for reinforcing my point :)

  • your PCI-E power connector is bad thus your power supply is bad. i know this because when i got my 8800GTS i forgot to plug in the PCI-E power connector and i hit the power button and it made the same sound,( it scarred the shit out of me lol) after i checked every thing and i plugged it in and it started up just fine.

  • man that mobo is too small for your vga your gonna get a lot od botle neck you should get new one

  • lol the graphics card is bigger than the mobo

  • The problem is your MOTHERBOARD AND YOUR MOTHERBOARD Alone, not your PSU or anything else, the Mobo is bad, send it back and get a replacement. It has nothing to do with what is connected or not connected to the motherboard, everyone here is a dumb shit

  • its his video card! theres nothing wrong with any of it but just so you all know the 8800s require 400+ watts of power alone!, if the poweres insufficient the system will make that noise or beep

  • umm nooo its the psu, the mobo is fine,i know because I OWN THE SAME CARD, read my comment that i posted above.

  • its not his psu.. he has a very good psu and its 520w. its probs his mobo or his mobo rejecting the ram. definately not his psu

  • well i own the same card, and it makes the same noise if there is no power coming from the PCI-E connector ( the mobo is fine)

  • well he has a very good psu but it might just be that its faulty.. i used to run on a crappy500w psu and ran that card fine.. his has a very good branded psu..

  • o right yeah, sure i agree.

  • you sarcastic bastard lol :D well i just pulled out the power from my 8800gts and it did beep lol. well id be pissed i was him becuase that PSU is quite expensive and is ment to be very good.

  • it 520w corsair psu it can handle vidcard as well i woudn't thnik it's a psu

  • mee too, i forgot to connect the power supply cable to my Radeon 1X300. Anyways, my pc is still working properly.

  • i dought he need a better psu, it probaly a cable u miss

  • you need a better psu, the graphics card isnt getting enough power

  • I get that sound when i put my computer to sleep. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

  • you have forgotten to connect your graphic card with the p4

  • Fix the power to GF 8800GTS

  • Wow, you haven't connected the PSU plug properly, like redraven8 said. It just doesn't have the juice needed.

  • Just plug in the 16X PCI express cable right in your PSU !!! not just 2 pin..you need all six.The sound what you hear not came from in motherboard...this is the 8800GTS sound...It alert you because he can't reach enought power.

  • Exactly redraven8 have right. I have this same sound and problem when I forget plug power cable to my GF 6800GT graphics card.

  • RMA it, problem solved.
