How can you know specifics from general rulings in the Quran? How will you perform hajj? Ok this might sound weird but I deamed that I had visited a place of education or prayer and I asked something, I forget anyways I remember waking up and the word Hadith came up. I thought to spell it Hadeeth or Hadeath. The weird thing is that I'm not Muslim and don't know what untill just a little bit ago what Hadith is or meant.

The so called Sahih Hadeeth is nothing more than a collection of folk lore, pagan legends, traditions of other faiths and beliefs (pagan, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity etc) and political agendas of Muslim empires of the past. The Muslim rulers of the past would justify their whims by saying that they got it from hadeeth because Quran could not be doctored.
Quran 54:17 - But there are, among men, those who purchase frivolous hadeeth, without knowledge to mislead from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule: for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty.
This ayah is talking about a pagan Makkan who would often try to mislead the crowd of people who were listening to the Messanger SAW by purchasing songstresses and tall tales to mislead the people away from the Messenger.

@nabdi1 - Actually, no I am not. The error is on your part because you are assuming that Bukhari and Tirmidhi etc. were giving you the words of the Prophet. No way is that possible. Even today with all the recording equipment we can still create errors. The hadith is a fitna which has done a great job of dividing the Muslims and creating an economic/social disaster for them. Muslims today are not known for their compassion and high moral values. They are known for violence and lack of morals.

@7ar15 - I have read plenty of hadeeth. I did not come to this conclusion all of a sudden. It has taken me 10 years of studying the Quran and then reading the myriads of hadeeth to realize that Quran and Hadeeth are mutually exclusive, i.e. they can not exist in the same space because one negates the other. Hadeeth contradicts Quran more than it agrees with it. If you are not able to see it then it must be that you have not studied the Quran in depth which is sad.
@7ar15 - it seems that you have not read the Sahih Hadeeth compilations other wise you would not make such a ridiculous claim. Hadeeth compilations are full of violence and corruptions, Stoning Adulterers, killing the apostate, cutting off the hands of thieves, drinking camel urine, robbing caravans, marrying child brides the list goes on. The Quran contains all you need to live a decent life because you answer to Allah and Allah has given you his book delivered through the Prophet Muhammad.

@McChirkeen In Islam you have to follow the Quran AND Sunnah. Hadiths are stories related by prophets or companions of the prophets. Not all are reliable. Sahih Al Bukhari and Muslim are good. As for the "violence and corruption", adultery is a MAJOR sin. Who are you to say those punishments are not justice? Cut off a hand of a thief and he will never steal again. I've never heard of drinking camel urine? And what do you mean robbing caravans?
@asoulchange - First, Islam as prescribed by Allah swt in the Quran only mandates that you follow the Quran and nothing else. If you follow the Quran you are following not only Allah's mandate but also the way of the Prophet because he lived the Quran. Corruption of any sort is not acceptable as guidance. You are not about to follow the Bible as guidance which is nothing more than a book of Hadith for Christians.

Also if you want to mention the prophets wife, Aisha, then yes, he did marry her at a young age but he only married her then to be a protector of her until she was older. They didn't live together till she was older as well.

To determine her age at marriage you need to find a few facts about the age of her sister and then correlate it to time of hijra. According to your sources, Aisha was 9 when she moved in with the Prophet so I guess to you a 9 year old is a woman. @asoulchange - Oldest/Earliest historical sources of Islam show that Aisha RA was in fact sister of Abu Bakkar & wife of Saleh bin Saleh Atayab. Saleh was martyred in a battle & companions requested Prophet to marry her. So he married her when she was 48 yr old & age of Prophet was 52 yr & he was w/o any wife for 3 yr since the death of Khadija. This makes a lot more sense than that trash you call Sahih Hadith.

I don't understand how Muslims came to follow the lies of the Hadith when it says that the Sun asks permission to rise, that the Sun and moon ride in chariots (causing an eclipse when the Sun falls off). It's usually after quoting things from the Hadith that Muslims say they ONLY believe the Quran. The Quran itself says 'follow the example of the prophet', but not from a new book! Are muslims ready to ditch the Hadith ('as a false book corrupting Islam') and accept the only word of the Quran?

How can you know specifics from general rulings in the Quran? How will you perform hajj? Allah (swt) says, "And We have also revealed unto you [O Muhammad] the reminder and the advice [i.e. the Quran] that you may explain clearly to people what is revealed to them.." (16:44). The so called Sahih Hadeeth is nothing more than a collection of folk lore, pagan legends, traditions of other faiths and beliefs (pagan, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity etc) and political agendas of Muslim empires of the past. The Muslim rulers of the past would justify their whims by saying that they got it from hadeeth because Quran could not be doctored.

@nabdi1 - Actually, no I am not. The error is on your part because you are assuming that Bukhari and Tirmidhi etc. were giving you the words of the Prophet. No way is that possible. Even today with all the recording equipment we can still create errors. The hadith is a fitna which has done a great job of dividing the Muslims and creating an economic/social disaster for them. Muslims today are not known for their compassion and high moral values. They are known for violence and lack of morals.

@7ar15 - I have read plenty of hadeeth. I did not come to this conclusion all of a sudden. It has taken me 10 years of studying the Quran and then reading the myriads of hadeeth to realize that Quran and Hadeeth are mutually exclusive, i.e. they can not exist in the same space because one negates the other. Hadeeth contradicts Quran more than it agrees with it. If you are not able to see it then it must be that you have not studied the Quran in depth which is sad.

Hadeeth compilations are full of violence and corruptions, Stoning Adulterers, killing the apostate, cutting off the hands of thieves, drinking camel urine, robbing caravans, marrying child brides the list goes on. The Quran contains all you need to live a decent life because you answer to Allah and Allah has given you his book delivered through the Prophet Muhammad.

@McChirkeen In Islam you have to follow the Quran AND Sunnah. Hadiths are stories related by prophets or companions of the prophets. Not all are reliable. Sahih Al Bukhari and Muslim are good. As for the "violence and corruption", adultery is a MAJOR sin. Who are you to say those punishments are not justice? Cut off a hand of a thief and he will never steal again. I've never heard of drinking camel urine? And what do you mean robbing caravans?

If you follow the Quran you are following not only Allah's mandate but also the way of the Prophet because he lived the Quran. Corruption of any sort is not acceptable as guidance. Also if you want to mention the prophets wife, Aisha, then yes, he did marry her at a young age but he only married her then to be a protector of her until she was older. They didn't live together till she was older as well.

@asoulchange - Oldest/Earliest historical sources of Islam show that Aisha RA was in fact sister of Abu Bakkar & wife of Saleh bin Saleh Atayab. Saleh was martyred in a battle & companions requested Prophet to marry her. So he married her when she was 48 yr old & age of Prophet was 52 yr & he was w/o any wife for 3 yr since the death of Khadija. This makes a lot more sense than that trash you call Sahih Hadith.

Outside of Quran, it is blasphemous to associate words or account of an action (so called Sunna) with the Prophet unless you have a proof that is 100% true which is not possible. It is a crime to associate words or actions to someone when there is NO PROOF.

I don't understand how Muslims came to follow the lies of the Hadith when it says that the Sun asks permission to rise, that the Sun and moon ride in chariots (causing an eclipse when the Sun falls off). It's usually after quoting things from the Hadith that Muslims say they ONLY believe the Quran. The Quran itself says 'follow the example of the prophet', but not from a new book! Are muslims ready to ditch the Hadith ('as a false book corrupting Islam') and accept the only word of the Quran?

@JimWAllan - This is the tragedy. This trash called Hadith has been sold to Muslims as "Sayings of Prophet". These Muslim who buy into this garbage do not seem to get it that this is just made up conjecture which is being sold as "Sayings of Prophet".

There is a hadeeth reported from Abu Hurayrah and recorded in Tirmidhi and Ahmad:
Keep away from prohibited things and you will be the best of worshippers.
Be content with what Allah has given you, and you will be the richest of people.
Be good to your neighbor and you will be a true believer.
Love for other people what you love for yourself and you will be a (perfect) Muslim.
Do not laugh too much, for excessive laughter deadens the heart.

let me give you a example: one scholar came and told you : this is the right interpertation of quran , some more came and change the interpertation and said this is the right transalation of quran. me and you a normail working people believe in one of them. and others believe in other transalation. and start blaming others that your interpertation is in-correct I said my interpertation in correct...and fighting for it. killing for it,,,bloodshed for it. answer is both plan for it,both are wrong

All people have done is Lost faith in ALLAH.. we do say that we belive in the Quran but when it says it is a COMPLETE/CLEAR/PERFECT book people do not believe in that and go and try to find answers in books written 100s of years AFTER the QURAN./ PROPHET and try to find answers there..
