The chief of police couldn't be bothered to investigate the crime. He was too busy eating doughnuts. That pathetic scumbag should have his balls cut off. Small town cops usually aren't real law enforcement. They have zero idea what to do with real crimes and refuse to ask for help even if they desperately need it.
