Hey rob I got a serious problem with my dreams man whenever i sleep I dream i am in new York with people i dont know and the thing is the dreams feel real whats happening to me ????
If you have bad experiences within you and you don't heal them then you are choosing to keep them to torment you later. You don't have to do any of it but the wise thing is to do all of them. Keep the one's you like. Make peace with the one's that hurt and your life NOW will change. Peace Robert
I am interested in knowing how come clearing emotional aspects in dreams also eliminates the triggers from 'real-life'. I mean, the dream is usually AFTER an emotional event, so don't we have to go to the 1th event to make lasting changes? Or does the mind operate differently?
Addressing the dreams will change how your unconscious holds aspects about yourself. You may already know that everything in your dream is really you and no one else. When you recall an event from a year ago, or even last week it really is a dream because it is not real anymore...just now made up. Addressing whatever you hold in your mind and changing it will create changes today.... Peace Robert

I suggest taping on everything as they come along. Tapping on your dreams it one of the most power ways to heal you. Start where ever you chose but do start today.

Tapping on the physical objects withing the dream also helps to release conflicts. Simply recall the object, put your attention on it and tap away.

Have you ever tried on tapping on having lucid dreams, where you can do stuff like flying?
I am curious about tapping on having them after I have cleared out most of my personal issues.
