I've been to ohio myself, but havent railfanned there yet. Im interesting in catching some major W&LE action over there eventually, along with seeing some CN, CSX, NS action with the C&O signals..

WLE, your best shot is near Cleveland and Toledo. CN, on any NS Line and some CSX, old CSX Signals would be Marion.
