@Palmerifics you have to remember that back then there was no internet, you'd wouldn't know that was the final boss until you actually got there yourself. i forgot that scene was in the commercial at the time and only after i beat the game did i realize that the boss was in the commercial.

This is my favorite Mario game along with Super Mario Bros. 3. I remember playing Mario for the first time beginning with this game back when I was two and the game was seven.

Nintendo has strangled my younger years by leaving all their classic consoles like the NES, SNES, and N64 in the dust and having their Wii take over the spotlight. X(
