hey meerkat123, i sent two replies to your previous comments and they never showed up. weird huh? Anyway, google South Africa and you will see that it is a country, whereas all of the countries that i mentioned are referred to as southern Africa. lol Also, i said that meerkats are mainly insectivors because the bulk of their diets tend to be insects and then i mentioned the other things that they eat just like like u did. hey thanks for commenting. we can always learn from each other : )

Unfortunately to say, there is already a documentary on Animal Planet, very very similar to this, that has already been nominated for two Primetime Emmy Awards in 2007, called Meerkat Manor.

ok yes cute video but u had it wrong a few times meerkats are not insectavores they are omnivores witch means they eat a variety of meat and plants they eat a veriety of bugs in the wild gient milapeeds scorpions and puff aders (a snake) and you said south africa thats not a country thats a reagon everywere u said was classed as south africa lol and they do live in all those places but primarely they are only in the kalaharey dezert verry few venture boyond that point

hey crazygurl1234567 - i don't own a meerkat. you have to have a special license to own one. plus meerkats are social animals that need to live with their own in the wild. thanks : )
