Greco roman wrestling you mean. this is the style Karam Gaber ibrahim practices. so the difference is pretty much simple. in Greco roman your not aloud to grab under the waist or grab the legs and in freestyle you are aloud to grab under the waist......so picture it like boxing and kick boxing....boxing you cant kick and kick boxing is a freesyle version of boxing...allowing kicks....hope this helped :)
