The car is Soldat Raggio. It's one of the fast cars according to the normal car types. However, in terms of drifting, car is a bit slippery which will slide a lot when you dont expect it to, so you may have to adjust the tires and suspensions, like he did. Switch to grip +1 which should be ok for cornering.
