I think they patched this glitch because I cannot get it to work at all.

The cost per second goes down depending on your level and were you use ur perks... And if you have enchanted objects for that type of spell

i do the same thing and it just drops it :( my alteration is lvl 21 atm...is it coz my lvl isnt high enough or what :/

@GBLounge No idea mate. I was messing around in the market stealing peoples stuff from far away then this happened. I quickly made the video and havent had a chance to check out whats possibly. Benificial to have the perk upgrade slots even if you don't use it.

What are the benefits of being level 100? Im only level 6 and dont have that magic spell so cant try it :(
