I think that Sony owns it.
Well, I'm not sure. I mean, Harry Friedman (who is now a Sony executive) has been a part of the production crew this show.

Steve Day the announcer of the show went on to be a regular personality for Game Show Network when it started in 1994 until around 1997.
He was also the announcer for the short lived "Just Men!" in 1983, which was hosted by Betty White.
