hi ya buddy, lovin the sound of yours too. sounds pretty much like mine but with a much lounder turbo. I was runnin reworked standard tubby with steel internals at 1 bar. Just bough the hks gt2540. The gtr's are rated 400 while the 2540's are only rated 350 (maybe something to do with the bearings). Do you think my spool will sound as loud as yours? Oh and was it hard to fit? (I know they come with the t25 not a t3, really surprised at the flow of this, good work mate):)

you will find the 2540 will make more power than your hiflow turbo as for turbo noise only gtrs and t51 make that loud whistle.you can buy a 2540 with a t3 and it has the same dump pipe as factory. my hks 3037 makes a bit of noise but no way as loud as my old set up.

yes its a full kit for rb25,,you got it late in the rev range to check boost levels

3037 is good for me gtrs runs out of puff great street turbo but 270kw is the max on these with lost of mods to get that.

not really its got no lag on rb25 at all and it would have lag on sr20

Awesome car, but I'm still trying to figure out what it is! Your title is a little confusing. R33 Skyline makes sense but the "GTST GTRS" doesn't. I know that the GTS-T is the turbo version of the R33, but then why do you have "GTRS" there too? That's not even a valid model so far as I know. Unless it is a GTR, not a GTS-T and you added an S by mistake. What's the deal? Either way, did it come with HKS when you got it, or did you rip out the stock turbo and fit HKS yourself?
