good exercise, ive seen 4 death matches in southernmost tip of mindanao and only takes 2 to 3 fast hacks to disable and behead a person. and they were all awkward moves.
I guarantee you this-none of the groups that put on demonstrations that day submitted any of their own video footage. No one from our' school even knew we were on Youtube!
To make matters worse, our demo was cut and edited. Half of it was in slow motion. The workshop we put on also looked like crap! The footage this guy took was almost at waiste level. We appreciate the guy's effort.
ahem, wouldn't it be a better idea to hit your opponent's HAND with your stick in order to disarm them, instead of merely hitting stick end to stick end?
I think these advanced serrada drills here need some better lighting conditions. The camera angles are ok, but with better lighting comes better video. Try to use slow motion intermittently to emphasize the motions of the fighters. I enjoyed it personally - frankly, I wouldn't mind some instruction myself. Good luck to you from Rhode Island.
this drills seems like destructive but can you really apply in in actual combat

Well, carbonlaminate when we practice drills we aim for the wrist or the hand.

Not a good camera angle to view the actual effectiveness of advanced serrada.
