The signs on the wall behind him is what he uses for seller leads. As you can see the hand-written signs are for specific properties, not for seller leads. Don't do this in reverse or you will see almost no response to the hand-made sign.
If any sign, not related to city business - parade, special event, or community activity, is placed on state/city right-of-way or "public" property it is ILLEGAL and can be taken down and removed by ANYONE. In other words, bandit signs place in the areas mentioned above are ILLEGAL and are treated the same as trash. Persons who place these signs can also be charged with littering.
Yes bandit signs definitely work great for real estate...I made $62k on my first deal and the lead came from a sign...however if you use H-wires people tend to steal signs...so, you want to get them up high...you can use a ladder or step stool...or even better a sign stapler...
