I wont see any more expert village people in the future...I promise to myself..I don´t understand..sometimes I say It really got to be a joke!...Sorry but ...sorry....
@MsRoaaarrr I love creative ways to paint things, be it hair or something else, but laying flat black all over, then adding three streaks of "highlights", isn't exactly what strikes me as being creative. Calling other people "too common" because they have a different opinion than you do, really isn't very nice. May make you feel better than others, but still - not a nice thing to characterize others like that!
I feel you on that one, I was painting better than this in OILS when I first started than he is in these acrylics and he's a so-called professional artist? Pfft.
we can go find any 3-year old on the planet and he can teach us how to paint a black blob...
i was so dissapointed :(... hair needs detail, in great paintings, u feel like u can see the individual strands
put more effort into your paintings, i'm 14, and i find this useless, (not to be braggy) i can do much better, like most of the ppl watching this thing...
@designermonkey3395 Don't know if a 3-year old can do this, but aside from that, I agree with you - I got disappointed when watching this. Not much to learn and had I painted hair with this technique, I'd be very unhappy with my work, this is not how you paint realistic hair!
After being burned by clicking on another video in this series, I now know if it says expertvillage to NOT click on it. The videos are not only titled wrong,they are shot horribly as well which makes it very difficult to see the black blob hes painting. I would be ashamed to post this.
to be honest that was probably the least helpful video ever on the subject. I do feel like giving constructive criticism on it though so perhaps you could improve it or future videos I guess.
The video angle is awful, I can't see a single thing. It is painted to look like she has a ... cape? stripe? what is that?
You said her hair was sandy? You're practically painting it black.
You can't teach someone how to paint hair in less than 1 minute. All around, it needs a bit more effort.
I liked it... But I was hoping for realistic ^^;
