Well, of course graphics and stories are nice. However, game-play is the only really important thing in a game. These days, lots of games that have lots of potential in becoming a great game have been cut on game-play in order to put more time (=money) into graphics/stories. A real gamer needs a good balanced game-play. That was the point of my post.

Hmm...I tried Archlord out, and was hoping for a break from the usual grindfest mmo. I was sadly disappointed, but not surprised... The usual is here, the "Kill this amount of this", or "Go ransack some of this" quests reign, and yes being an archlord is undoubtedly fun, but uhh...compared to WoW, Archlord will need to shape up a LOT more, just like most other mmos. Codemasters did very well with LOTRO, but lazed their asses out with Archlord. <- my opinion

They need to fix; Grind, WSAD movement, and quests. Also monsters do a lot of damage on you so you'll constantly be spamming pots on yourself no matter what class you are

You addressed the "clicking" part of my argument, but that really wasn't the focus of what I was saying. There is a huge difference between your average western mmo and Korean mmo. Korean mmos are typically more about pretty graphics, without much in terms of game play. What I seen in this video, was a mage STANDING STILL FOR THE ENTIRE VIDEO while a billion special effects happen around her.

The graphics are nice, but this is one of those games where mages just stand there like idiots and duke it out. Like Runescape, and Guild Wars. I like the whole "Glass Cannon" aspect of mages in WoW, and I also love how you have to be so mobile to survive. I know what I'm talking about, I'm a mage, and it is fun! :)

Seriously, you don't seem to move around very much while fighting as a caster. Compared to WoW anyway, where you're all over the place.

in pve if you dont pull aggro all you will need to do is stay back and cast pretty much same spells over and over again all day. especially with fire mage. with frost its a bit different.

well ofcourse in pvp you have to move a lot, blinkin, castin frost nova etc. i know what you mean i got mage too.

however in guildwars its not bad either in pvp. if you are standing in one spot you will be probably die since arrows, orblike spells and wands (Like warriors gaining adrenaline) can be dodged.

also in pvp you have to move around to perfectly place your aoe spells (wards for example).

you can be a little more stationary in gw than in wow only because you got your team nearby.

in wow pretty much anyone can kill other one in seconds. in gw you need most of ur team to make a kill.

its just oriented towards a bit other stuff, but by no means its not slow game by far...

archlord is a heavy grinder, so it will lack in some aspects.

but it has a nice fast pace to it, and nice pvp. by far one of the best i seen in any game.
