If you didn't get to go to her show, get the audible book, it is pretty close.

Oracheski is right. I read the book, and the scenes above come straight from it. Of course she wrote it. Also, Miss Fisher's weight and voice should have no bearing on the quality of her performance. She has gained weight due to her bipolar medication.

Everyone I know who saw this raves about it. The New York Times raved. I think she is going to win a Tony. Go Carrie!
