I don't know what your saying, but YouTube is only taking down videos that use audio directly captured from the game. I think the reasoning behind it is that companies think people will use these videos to just listen to the song, but if there is strumming and stuff in the background they won't care because nobody will watch the video just to listen to the song with all the other noises.
