If you invest in the villa, you get more money to invest in swords and armour and everything else, so its better to revovate and upgrade the villa first because then you get like tons of money by doing it

What are you talking about? My title does not say Sanctuary. I mention the Sanctuary in my description though. The "Sanctuary" in this game is is located behind the secret door in your Uncle's library. You can watch it's location being revealed at 1:38-1:55. If the door is not rolled away/back for you then you have not played far enough along in the game, just keep playing.

Dude, ElectronicElation, whilst in principle I'd agree with you, the best armour in the game is free. Now, getting the best sword isn't, but armour factored in, we are not talking about an excesive cost... so I can see why some chose not to bother with Monteriggioni.
