your very good you just need to work on your balance a bit you seem to be hanging on the reins, i would know i do it too :) and my instructor doesnt seem to like it and try to relax in the canter and sitting trot, ive found it helps alot :) relax your lower leg and your upper leg and just let your torso go with the movements of the horse and youll look like a pro in no time :). but we all start off with some bad riding skills so good work.
Your basically using the reins as blaance atm - which is unbalancing the horse and socking him in the mouth - bad.
you need to keep your leg and shoulder still and rise from your pelvis, keeping your arms lower and wide and soft.
I have some videos i made for my PE coursework on it when i was teaching malakai to do hyperflexion, ill upload them for you when i find them . Just a visual guide really lol.
nice riding by the way... but a lil advice... it would be much better if you fixed the leg problem... and also you should post by going with the beat of the horse... you were completely off beat... but with a lil practice you'll get it =]
are they ur horses or a stables horses cos they look really nice.=)

hmm looking back on this - you need to rise independant of the reins.
I know forest will relax into a good topline - so stock socking him in the mouth and soften those hands and elbows.
rise from your pelivis not your bum xx
