You should be compring the Civic against the DC5 Integra (220cv) but even against that it is a close match, seems like the Civic goes slightly better round corners
good comparism at high speeds, but the itr has a very short gear ration in 1st-2nd-3rd. so in a 0-200kmh run i would bet on the integra. still i drive the civic :)

Not in a straight line drag race thats a rolling start., the extra Power the Ep3 has will beat a DC2. if it was from a standstill the DC2 is faster, but after about 70-80mph the Ep3 would catch up.
Sorry mate, but ive tussled with EP3's from standstills and rollings starts, and ive won every time. The EP3 may have more power, but it weighs more. iirc, EP3 has 212bhp, DC2 has 200. EP3 weighs something like 1200 kg's, the DC2 weighs in at 1160 kg's. The all important power to weight ratio is slightly in the DC2's favour.
Where are you getting your figures? A stock EP3 has 197bhp and stock DC2 187bhp. The Civic is 64 Kilos heavier at 1204kg and the Teg is a bit more focused with an LSD, don't know if that would make it quicker off the line or just through the corners. Either way official figures say both will do 0-60 around 6 and a half seconds.

You should be compring the Civic against the DC5 Integra (220cv) but even against that it is a close match, seems like the Civic goes slightly better round corners

Not in a straight line drag race thats a rolling start., the extra Power the Ep3 has will beat a DC2. if it was from a standstill the DC2 is faster, but after about 70-80mph the Ep3 would catch up.

Sorry mate, but ive tussled with EP3's from standstills and rollings starts, and ive won every time. The EP3 may have more power, but it weighs more. iirc, EP3 has 212bhp, DC2 has 200. EP3 weighs something like 1200 kg's, the DC2 weighs in at 1160 kg's. The all important power to weight ratio is slightly in the DC2's favour.

Where are you getting your figures? A stock EP3 has 197bhp and stock DC2 187bhp. The Civic is 64 Kilos heavier at 1204kg and the Teg is a bit more focused with an LSD, don't know if that would make it quicker off the line or just through the corners. Either way official figures say both will do 0-60 around 6 and a half seconds.

A Civic Type R is a pure racer. Torque steer is caused by low down toruqe. CTR doesnt have low down torque.

You have no clue what you're talking about concerning the Impreza P1. It's one of the all time greatest drivers cars, right up there with the very best in the world. Straight line speed (1/4 mile) has never been the focus point of the Impreza. It'll tackle any road, any weather at blinding speed.

On the handle subject, once again you can take an Import and do just as good if not better, Mazda RX-7's Acura NSX's Hell an AE86 Corolla is one of the fastest cars through the corners you will ever see in you're life. "All these cars listed are RWD, and some of the best handling cars ever created" Unless you're talking about the ZR-1, it would be a LOT closer.

RX-7s suck depending on the year...The NSX was a fucking mistake you have to Uprgrade that car from top to bottom to make it fast...the biggest mistake was they underpowered it. the 86 Corolla is not the fastest car you will ever see threw a turn. It sux, you have never drove any of these cars so u wouldnt know. Your talkin out ur ass. Tuner cars are good in there class but u cant compare them to a V8 american muscle..totally different class...For a reason. there faster.

I never once made the claim to owning any of them, if I did make videos it wouldn't change you're mind. You would still be calling me a liar. I don't understand whats so hard to believe about somebody driving a friends car? and no I haven't driven any of the cars you are listing, I don't even know anyone that owns any of them. All the cars I listed can be purchased for under 20 grand whats so far fetched?

Seriously built? heh, good one. I have H/I/E and i burn my friends civic K20 stock. The Integra was barley makin any noise, in order or a GS-R or Type R to create maximum power is up in the 8k range and by the sound his motor gave out he wasnt anywhere near that. Maybe 6k.

yeah maybe the k20a3, i have an 01 itr and consistently run my friends 06 rsx, mod to mod the rsx is quicker, my teg hardly makes any noise to him when hes at full throttle.
