  • @henshaw I don't think it is staged,when it fell the right side landed on the arm sticking out,the left side landed on the left arm,he might of got a little of the brunt when the right side hit the floor,but not all.

This type of behavior is just dangerous and wasteful (breaking equipment). It's great to push your limits, but just be wary that you're pushing your own limits. You can't be pushing limits that aren't yours.

  • Young people are not aware of lifting too much weight could chronically disable them forever. That is why start light weight and slowly build up as you go along.

  • Did you allot of bodybuilder start by going step by step some who do not care and even take the risk neither less to care about injuring themselves by lifting small and lighter weights first and increase from weight for every break or set. Especially young people take the risk of putting the maximum weight on and showing off to everyone they are as strong as professional power lifters of today and resulting injury may turn out to be disable themselves. Think before attempting otherwise suffer.
