THE MASK IS DEFINITELY UNCOMFORTABLE BUT LIKE ME I HAVE NASAL BREATHING ISSUES AS WELL AND WHEN I USE THE MASK IT OPENS UP MY NASAL PASSAGES AS WELL AS HELPING WITH THE REGULAR ASTHMA SYMPTOMS. great vid hon. Have you looked into using colloidal silver in your nebulizer? It shows you how to make it here on youtube. Do look up the benefits of colloidal silver. If I get an abcess i drink it and it goes away. My arthritus has disapeared. So has my acid reflux. I was nearly throwing up it was so bad. I won't take shots at all, they are poison.

@xoxoDOLLY go to ur local pharmecy they will have one but they are really expensive, the one i have cost about $200...

I have asthma too and I decided to find something more natural than my inhaler. I got Organic Applecider Vinegar (with "the mother" which is supposedly important) and I take two cap fulls when I feel wheezy. In the beginning I would take two tablespoons diluted with water (or alone). I haven't used my inhaler since JANUARY! I am very pleased with this :)

hey fam, i have to give my nephew those treatments when he has a bad cold mostly. he has asthma too. he pretty much like doing it hiself and hes only two years old. be blessed.

I remember taking some asthma treatments when I had bronchitis I believe it was the one you mentioned for every 30 minutes, it had me extremely hyper I didn't know what to do with myself

I don't have Asthma, but that was a very good and through video. Also that was great footage at the end with the compressors for children.
