I agree. More and more websites are beginning to offering things like high quality full length movies. Maybe a 2nd tier to the internet will be more efficient. Kinda like having a special lane on a freeway for buses and trucks.

For instance, YouTube is banned in Turkey. DRUNK BASTARD! When I first heard this, he seemed to make sense, but the longer you listen, the more his sentences and points get all disconnected.
