i neeed help on what to do ,

i have a large amount of acne on my back and my face and chest acne seem to be clearing up nicely, i have gone to the dermotologist but they never said much about my back acne. i want to be able to wear tank tops and go to school dances and wheere a dress. i want clear skin on my face and back and i dont know how to get it. i need help can you give me some products or a diet that will help?
